Leslie Kruempel and her team oversee the digital, social media, and video marketing initiatives for CROPP Cooperative/Organic Valley, the largest U.S. cooperative of organic farmers and one of the nation’s leading organic brands. Her background in CPG innovation, community engagement, and grassroots marketing informs her work at Organic Valley, which aims to bring organic to mainstream consumers in engaging and relevant ways. Kruempel’s professional and personal mission is to increase access to organic food and ensure that small-scale family farming remains a viable option. She does this globally as an interactive marketer for CROPP, and locally as a volunteer at her rural natural foods co-op.
