Prior to his role at Fortitude Partners, McKnight worked as a Brand Consultant, helping organizations define what they stand for, why they exist, and what they contribute to the wider world. Companies used this purpose-driven narrative to engage, focus, and energize people involved with the business—from the CEO to frontline workers, suppliers, and customers. McKnight has more than 15 years of experience working across Europe, Asia, and South America with clients including BMW, Unilever, Telefonica, Microsoft, Ahold, TeliaSonera, Rentokil Initial, Honda, and Airbus. Before Fortitude, McKnight was a Partner at Engine, where he developed the purpose concept, and at the brand consultancy Wolff Olins.
