At Microsoft, Susan Hauser’s team drives innovative corporate social responsibility programs on issues such as accessibility, privacy, responsible sourcing, and human rights—all in support of the company’s mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a 25-year Microsoft veteran, Hauser has held a number of executive positions, most recently as Corporate Vice President of the Worldwide Enterprise and Partner Group, where she helped Microsoft successfully meet the needs of its global customers. She began her career as a special education teacher in the New York City public schools.
